The Federal Government's agreement that the utilities owning transmission lines have engaged in "excessive profits" requiring them to rebate back to the consumers excess charges should be evidence enough that we need to reopen this case. Remote power plants, of any type and transmission lines to far away loads, are obsolete. Local Solar PV generation is the low cost high performance21st Century solution. Reopen the docket

This is not needed - forecasts are stating less energy consumption. Why would we need larger lines & large ugly poles for less consumption???

It is about time that we, as, humans look at this great country and not see only money, opportunity and expansion but regard the earth as a sacred treasure. If it is like here in Arkansas, these transmission lines are for the short term benefit of the electric companies and at the financial loss of the population of Wisconsin. I oppose all these massive transmission lines and encourage everyone to stand firm and do all that can be done to stop the insane rape of our lands. The herbicides used will flow into lakes, streams, rivers and wells and be thus forcibly consumed by the population and some of these pesticides are systemic so they get stored in the brain and fat cells of the body. It is time that the many stand up against the bullies who have for too long stolen our freedoms and now an example of such bullying, is an attempt to steal the private property of others for the electric company has to transverse somebody's land. It is more than just irreversible damage to land it is also devastation to all living things and humanity who are on or near the lines. This Is usually ignored. I hope the Wisconsin Public Service Commission actually serves the public good and is not in the deep pockets of the utility companies.

We have to stop letting the power companies destroy our natural resources when other viable alternatives are available. We have lived comfortably & happily "off the grid" for more than ten years now utilizing solar panels.
