Due to limited communications about open board positions, we as community members of Twin Creek petition for the reopening of nominations in order to allow for additional community members to submit their nominations. We believe that this was poorly communicated (two emails) and would like the opportunity to correct this by allowing more time. We understand that we now have a narrower window and will proactively submit nominations. These will be reflected as write-ins on the ballots. We further ask that voting results be transparently presented as an agenda item in the annual meeting 2020.
