Demand Answers for Reoccurring Power Outages in Tri-Valley (Dublin/Livermore) – October 2024

Please fix or properly tune the new technology and/or processes you have attempted to deploy here. No single neighborhood should have to bear through 4 outages in the last 2 weeks, esp. since there were NO apparent high-risk events that would legitimately trigger these outages, merely false positives in what was no doubt a highly-touted AI system.

PG&E has not provided the cause other than “unplanned outage” which is not acceptable.

It is so frequent and become unreliable. It is started impacting the normal routine.

This recent power outage has caused significant impact our lives. We are Unable to cook food during power outage. Garage door unable to be opened/closed while we are rushing to work. We are living with uncertainty. Please solve it asap

I want to know why so frequent power outages are happening?

Need clear written explanation letter from Dublin City office and PGE about recent outages and what is are the steps they are taking into account that no more frequent outages happen again future. Also, Before approving future housing projects, has city office verified plan to manage load sharing with new houses without having outages and what PGE is planning to do the same in future.
