4 unscheduled outages in 11 day period is just not acceptable! PG&E needs to be accountable for this and reply to the questions we have. Their prices are skyrocketing and their service is going down the hill.

Lately there have been freq outages. We are informed that it may take several hours for power to restore but typically has been restored in a few hours. No additional details on the reason of outage has been provided. We do not know if these are planned as no intimation is done in advance or on the updates. So having answers from PGE are super important and helpful.

Power outages are becoming frequent in Tri Valley. PG &E is increasing prices, but services are not improving.
