Ridiculous outages which never before experienced and PGE can’t explain, yet we pay expensive rates to PGE.

We work from home and these unpredictable and frequent power outages hurt our employment

In my area power lines are underground, weather was calm but still 4-5 outages in a month. PG&E is hiding something. The company has monopoly and does whatever it likes.

Agree with this petition. Most frustrating thing is the root cause given. One of the reason was “due to animal”. This doesn’t make sense at all.

It’s very inconvenient for the family. Multiple outages caused work from home disturbances and thus pay too.

The affected area has wires underground and was never turned off to prevent wildfires. Even if this was the reason, that should be planned shut down as the weather forecast is available.

Frequent and prolonged power outages, with little to no prior notice or explanation, are becoming increasingly frustrating for residents. The lack of planning disrupts critical meetings and daily activities, causing significant inconvenience. A clearer communication strategy and improved reliability are urgently needed to avoid further impact on the community's productivity and morale.

If this is going to be an ongoing more frequent occurrence, maybe PG&E should be offering residents of East Dublin home battery back up at little to no cost.

We deserve a refund for all ointment hours we did not have service.

It is incomprehensible why there were 3 power outages in less than 1 week! Even though I am PG&E stock owner, I demand PG&E to pay for the financial damages caused to the community (emergency calls to get people out of the elevators, calling vendors to reset fire alarms, etc.).
