I work from home so this impacted me seriously and jeopardized a few of urgent projects. We need to understand what happened and what are being done to prevent it

Totally agree, haven't had a many outages in all of 2024 as Oct alone. And PG&E explanation is flimsy at best. There was no wild fire risk or high winds when power was cut.

It’s very inconvenient to have the power go off randomly. Our electricity bills keep going up but the service is deteriorating. This is such a shame. Please fix this issue asap.

We've had too many power outages - four within the last 11 days, including two on the same day! This should not be happening with such frequency and for as long in a developed country. It's extremely disruptive, can cause direct financial losses and health issues, will force families to invest in backup power equipment.
Importantly, there were no weather-related events or calamities reported when these outages occurred.
PG&E needs to commit to delivering reliable electricity, and provide compensation for unplanned power outages.

I appreciate if PGE has installed emergency shut off equipment/ technology to prevent true emergencies. The installation seems to need adjustment. I would like to see PGE establish a corrective action plan on how to improve the technology and timelines for implementation.

PG&E has become irresponsible after flushing so many dollars from CA tax payers. There is no accountability either. We understand PG&E's deep ties with CA Governor but this is going too far. Newsom needs to step up and do something for his constituents and not just favor these large donors. It's a shame how PG&E can make deadly decisions in CA and their executives enjoy bonuses. You guys are the reason why Trump gets elected and CA is made an example of failing policies.

PGE needs to be transparent. Otherwise the thought here corrupt PGE and Dublin working with realtors to support the new construction.
