we need renters association in T&T so the rights of the renter will be highlighted plenty issues in that area. had serious problems where I use to rent before I am where I am now

Renters desperately need the board and there need to be restrictions and guidelines to follow wgen building apartments just like Town and Country. Some apartments have one window that is a no no. Also Landlords must register with the board if not then they are not allowed to lease apartments

Just as there is a minimum wage, there should be a minimum rent cost. someone on minimum wage cannot afford to rent by themself. This will then perpetuate poverty and dependence on the state especially single mothers. For older people who are so educated and experienced, politicians really dont think. Try and change that reputation
