you'd think with a pandemic, prices would drop not rise too help accommodate the working poor. If we didn't have a family member willing to help put a roof over our heads, we would still be struggling too find a place too live. The waiting list for housing and the lack of affordable housing actually being built is terrible, almost feels like they want us to be homeless or so far in debt were on the brink.

Living on a fixed income is no joke seeing my parents having to still work because they can’t afford an apartment kills me they are in their 70s

ive been looking for apartments for 5 years now still cant get one even with full time job. i'm living with my parents at the age of 32 and so are all my friends and everyone else i know so things are definatley really bad.

its getting to be insane and especially after covid people losing jobs, places closing rents being well over 1000.00 it needs to be capped for a while until people get on their feet
