Just another way to fleece money out of tenants. The KRE group is a real parasite

18 Park. Should return amenity fee at least and consider rent reduction.

I have been with the Journal Squared building since its opening. Given KRE has received several benefits from the city of Jersey City, management should seriously consider proactively providing rent relief/ reductions in this environment where financial hardships are inevitable for most of us and the building amenities/ facilities are not at full potential.

I agree amenity fee and rent should be reduced during this time of great need for those having difficult time. I have been here many years and know how expensive it is to live at 18 park.

It is unfathomable that there to date has been no communication or consideration to accomadate the overwhelming majority that have lost their jobs, cannot work, or had their salaries cut.

I lost my job as the position requires on-site resources and equipment and as such I cannot work remotely

The common area is also closed without any refund for maintenance fees

Absolutley! And the amenity fee should be refunded as well. The governor passed a law in NJ that allows for tenant's security deposits to go towards rent payments, you can direct the landlord to do so and they MUST comply.

I have been a resident at 18 Park since the beginning and would really appreciate KRE's understanding during this incredibly difficult time for everyone.
