Fully support the mask mandate already in place in Reno County and encourage businesses and residents to follow mask protocol for the greater good of all our citizens.
Implement further restrictions on gathering sizes where a distance of six feet cannot be maintained between individuals.

Unfortunately, we have had to shift our shopping to Wichita due to better adherance to mask guidelines and mandates. We strongly support mandatory mask requirements for Reno County.

The temporary commissioner Mark Steffan needs to be removed from the Reno County Commision immediately. We need leadership and intelligence to guide us through this Covid-19 pandemic, not his brand of politics. His idea of herd immunity to just let people die is just plain stupid and has been debunked by experts around the world. If you want life to get back to normal, listen to the experts, not Mark Steffan. Remove Steffan from the commission immediately!

This has to come to a halt. So many people feel it takes away their rights, but what right do they have to let people suffer and die???? This has hit very close to my family and i'm not happy that people just don't care. I wear my mask at work and anytime i go into a business. It's not a hardship to do as asked, we have laws people have to adhere to so why i's this an issue to follow the reccomendations?????

We have people whom have been exposed and who have went to get tested, but still go into businesses knowing that they could possibly infect someone else. This happened just recently! This is very upsetting that this person took it upon hisself to wander about the community knowing that he was exposed and could be positive for COVID-19. These 28 people who have lost their lives, didn’t deserve to die like this! Why can’t you wake up and realize that something needs to be done!! You have people who think that they are knowledgeable about this virus, but when in reality they haven’t the slightest clue as to what this virus is all about! We need something done! How many more lives is it going to take before something is done? By not doing something about it, is the same as putting our community on death row, waiting for them to die at someone else’s hands!
