Besides Narcos, The Get Down is one of the few TV shows Netflix has that represents the struggles and unique cultures that we have in America. This show displays the beauty in every day struggles and by taking this away, minority representation and appreciation will go away with it.

The Get Down is such an amazing show with wonderful, complex characters. I hope that the show continues on for however many seasons and parts the creators and actors/actresses need to illustrate such a wonderful story, and I'll be right there waiting to watch whenever it's ready.

The Get Down is great show that features characters of color and of different sexualities and genders and I think that the young POC generation needs to see a show in their are characters around their age thriving and prospering.
