I love this show and I really don't want it to reach its full potential with a second season, maybe even a third season. This is one of the very few shows right now with black and latinx representation, and the kind of lgbt rep that others don't have (like stereotypically gay characters). It's also very important to me and a bunch of other fans. This story is unfinished, and does not need to end that way. Please renew the get down and signal boost this!!

This show means so much to me and other people of color and/or LGBT people who never get to see themselves represented in complex characters. The Get Down has created amazing characters whose stories are far from being over. Please renew this wonderful series!

the best show i've had the privilege to come across in a very long time, if it's not renewed i will consider it a big loss. fantastic cast, well-structured plot, interesting and deep characters, great representation of different cultures, great music, brilliant script and editing. honestly such a piece of art
