The Get Down is a show that is incredibly important to me. The characters are all beautifully well rounded, the plot is interesting, the music is phenomenal. I could go on for days about how good it is and how much it means to me because of the representation. A second season would make my life.

A diverse, well written tv show we've asked for. Honestly one of the most unproblematic shows out there. I feel like I can always trust he writers and producers to understand what the fans want and what's best for the characters. Please just renew it!
