It will be irresponsible to continue to over-develope this area without corresponding infrastructure developments. Quality of life - the reason so many want to live here- is being seriously compromised.

It is already hard to get out of our neighborhood during rush hour and school starting in the mornings. We don't need any additional traffic!!!

No more building of any sort. Our infrastructure is already stressed. We flood every time it rains. The drainage system was supposedly fixed a few years ago at the top of my street. Well guess what.... it didn’t and doesn’t work . I believe that we know what’s best for our area and the city of Gulf Breeze has already reneged on promises concerning Tiger Point Golf Club on the west course. Maybe it’s time to govern ourselves. I don’t have faith that the City has our best interests in mind. I will be at the meeting !

I live of of Magnolia and like our community the size it is no rezoning on the property in question. I welcome the new school but no apts. Your Wright they might just push it throw before we even know it. The more noise the better.
