Until the MPAC platform is fully tested including but not limited to mobile devices and apple operating systems both systems should run in parallel until TREB members are confident that the replacement system delivers equal or better funtionally which MPAC currently does NOT. I can't belive TREB would not enagage their members on something like replacing a core tool set to perform your duties as a realtor? .

One of the biggest decisions made in the last 10 years which was bad & executed terribly ... TREB executives led by avoidance ... neither consulting/advising before it was too late. This decision is bad at so many levels - lawyer Brian Madigan's link is really enlightening ... Treb leaders make Rob Ford look competent.,

Could those decision makers tell me when I go for a listing presentation, how could I be sure the party I am talking to is the owner, or one of the owners? Since this decision to terminate Geowarehouse service is made without members' consent, they should be responsible for legal costs as a result of the fact we do not have access to the Owner(s)'s name(s)? Also, if we lose out to members of other Boards who have access to Geowarehouse information, are the directors' of TREB going to compensate me for my loss? As member of TREB, I have the right to be consulted for a major decision like this. I am totally disappointed with the decision of this Board of Directors!

It is appalling to find out that we have been short changed by our own represenatative body - TREB. How can the directors make such a fundamental change to remove Teranet's Land Registry access without consulting with us - the members who put them in offoce in the first place? I am appalled at the blatant disregard that the current directors have shown. They have not even bothered to find out what we want. I certainly will not be electing the current board ever again as they have not represented my interest. They are serving their own interest. This is a gross abuse of trust.
