Not renewing Geowarehouse is a mistake. This GEO service allows us to execute due diligence that the Propertyline service does not.

I consistently used GeoWarehouse to search for information to assist my clients. I have found the MPAC system to be shorthanded in a big way! It does not provide the same indepth and helpful information at all. I would like to be able to use GeoWarehouse again!

The ability to search by name is very important in our business so it shouldn't be taken away without prior consultation. This is outrageous!

This is discusting, making changes without consulting the members and getting their feedback on what we need to do the job correctly following the rules set out by the appropriate boards. So, Toronto the centre of Canada has to do something different than everyone else, really. We need this to do the job correctly, fix it!!!

Your new PAN systems doesn't allow buying agents to verify the name of the owner under the Terms of use agreement. How can I verify the owner in a FSBO, or that listing agent has done his due diligence? Plus, we now have to pay for the sales history information. This all public record stuff.

I would like Geowarehouse retained. I am surprised the changeover was announced by TREB without consulting or polling the members in regards to satisfaction with Geowarehouse. I also want an explanation as to the drivers for the changeover......real facts and impetus to make a change , not a general blanket statement from the Board. I feel that my constituency as a member was not served.
