Would like to have the actual owner's names in addition to the property address and the legal description which we have been using for many years as real estate agents . It would be more essential to have the name prior to getting a listing signed rather than after the listing is signed. More important before to have accuracy of true names other than spelling.

Thanks to TREB for NOT asking us about this change. The MPAC system offers little or no value to me and now I'm out $350 subscribing to GeoWhse on my own.

This should have been voted on. MPAC is useful but not a replacement for Geowarehouse. Need the functionality of Geowarehouse to complete planning & analysis effectively.

This change has not been well thought out by TREB Executives. It has cost my brokerage $ 3,000 to join Geowarehouse to get the same information. Unaccepatble on those we have voted in to represent our interests.

I'm astonished that with all the fees we pay, membership benefits are discontinued and we're required to purchase them seperately on our own. That's terrible!
