The GeoWarehouse system is a great tool for Real Estate Agents and assists us tremendously in quickly finding out information pertaining to a property and to confirm owners of properties and is essential in quickly assisting in listings and offers - buyers and sellers.

This is another dent in our fractured industry as we try and adjust or deal with increasing challenges. If it is not broken why try and fix it? There are more important and pressing issues for TREB to focus on.

Staying with geo warehouse that we get use to it and very detailed for your job . Reform is good but please find something if better than Geo warehouse not less than that . Thank-You

It is a shame. GeoWarehouse (Land Registry System) is much better , replacement is not even close.

I would like TREB to reconsider their decision to terminate the contract with GeoWarehouse as it is an integral part of doing real estate business. We as agents have come to rely on this tool for our everyday business and it would be a real setback for us. The alternative is not the same and will affect our ability to perform as we will not be as informed as we were before. I urge you to rethink and nrecnsider your decision as we woulld prefer to continue paying our current membership fees as opposed to getting a reduction in fees and no GeoWarehouse access.
