GeoWarehouse was a necessity, and should be renewed. "Public Records" version is not adequate!

I agree. We need this service. And until something the same is in place, we should be a reduction in our fees. I'm disappointed to hear all other boards have re-signed except TREB. We have lost access to Zoning information by phone and now this. NOT acceptable

I Have tried using the real property system and it is awful, it does not provide the owners name, it did not have the property I was checking, even though I tried with the address, the pin number and roll number, WHERE AS ALL THE INFORMATION WAS AVAILABLE FOR ME AT AN INSTANT ON GEOWAREHOUSE!!! PLEASE DO NOT CHNANGE THE SYSTEM THAT HAS WORKED SO WELL FOR SO MANY YEARS!!! - IF IT'S NOT BROKEN WHY FIX IT!!!

We need GeoWarehouse. It is absolutely essential to being a responsible realtor.

GeoWarehouse (Land Registry Service) has been a vital tool to get our job done with due diligence for our clients! While MPAC Propertyline Services can be an additional tool that TREB may choose to offer to TREB members either as a Value added tool or additional cost tool, should have no bearing or influence on having TREB take GeoWarehouse away! The question TREB Board members and the specific individuals who made this decision for us the Realtors, is why limit our working tools? Is it a money issue? Or is it a political decision? I believe all TREB Members, who pay their dues should be given the right to choose which service they want, or perhaps even pay a little extra should they choose to have both! Our industry is under enough pressure from those who would love to make us, our databse and our tool access...obsolete.. why would TREB help them by limiting our options? When due diligence is involved,..more is better...and Geowarehouse is more!
