I'd like to see TREB keep GeoWarehouse, I rely on this tool for my business and believe my TREB fees covers the cost of GeoWarehouse as it has in the past! In fact with all the fees that I pay as a Realtor, I should have more access to useful tools!

As Elected representative of the membership, you have failed those whom you represent. The MPAC product is an inferior tool that fails to equip us with the necessary information required to do our due diligence as part of our daily functions. Bring back GeoWarehouse

Without Geo Warehouse we will be back in the dark ages. Our Buyers & Sellers count on us to give them up to date data to help them with the buying & selling their homes.

TREB's unilateral decision by the executives to cease the use of Geowarehouse is unacceptable. this shouls have been put up to a vote by members. I'm sure mu collegues would all agree that Geowarehouse isavital tool to our business.

This change from Geowarehouse is going to put real estate agents at a serious disadvantage you are supposed to be working to make our jobs easier and now you are making it more difficult you give us an inferior product and expect us to spend the same amount of money for it, we depend on geowarehouse to be able to pull up historical data on sales, and to ensure that the people we are going to be listing a home with actually are the owners listed on the property so why would you take that away from us? Why would you shift from getting property data from the direct source to getting it from a middle man that waters down the information first. This is backwards thinking if you ask me and I believe you are not working in our interest.

I believe this to be a travisty to our ability to adequately represent our clients in the sale or purchase of property. Without full information, the board is limiting our knowledge of information pertinent to the transaction process. Due diligence should be the first focus in TREB protecting its memberships needs to access. Why are other boards continuing and Toronto Real Estate Board does not see fit to do so. For the limited cost, I believe our access should be continued!
