something smells about the way this was introduced to TREB. I believe this warrants a full blown investigation as to TREB's motivation and those that will profit from the implementation.

I agree that MPAC does not provide the same information that we need access to; and am very disappointed that members at large had no say in the services being offered by our Board.

Let's be realistic here - the current tool doesn't offer the same or better service. Why are we switching? How can we provide the proper service all agents need?
