MPAC Propertyline Service lacks property sales history, information that might not always be available on our MLS system, and most importantly ownership details and search functionality to ensure we are dealing with all and true parties to a listing transaction. Though MPAC Propertyline Service offers additional information that could be of use, it does not offer the aforementioned services that was instrumental in our daily day activities and the primary reason I referenced our original GeoWarehouse service. Thank you.

WE need to have this decision reversed until a point in time when MPAC can deliver all of the information and services currently supplied by GeoWarehouse and this information needs to be available on all platforms.

I have no knowledge in computer hardware, but I do know how to operate a computer. I can very easily find all information I need via GEO. Now I am forced to start from scratch. With all this limitations, and incorrect information that MPAC is providing, is going to make my job very frustrating. I am extremely unhappy with TREB's decisions to change without consideration for the members.

Please listen to your members and leave us with this valuable tool. For every listing, buyer or even an inquiry I make Geowarehouse part of my daily routine adding great insight. This is unacceptable! When I first started real estate it was embedded that in order to be successful you need to stand strong for your commission...didn't think I'd have to stand strong for the services we truly need to do a great job!! I hope you are listening executives!!!!

As I am sure the BOD is aware the rules for Non Profit Corporations are changing and then you will be forced to give us the information regarding how much we are paying to MPAC or how much we are saving by leaving GEOWAREHOUSE...This is the members money and with all the problems that are going to be faced by Members on February 1st I feel sorry for the staff at the Help Desk who will have to listen once again to unhappy members...perhaps the BOD can helep the help desk out for the first 2 or 3 weeks to see how this all unfolds.

terrible discussion to make without asking your members. far superior service is being let go, and forcing agents to spend additional to annual fees to have a service that was single handedly the best tool for agents. You understand GeoWarehouse is preferred to our own site and archived documents. The unlimited daily searches is equally important. Also the historical sales data is such a strong tool for agents to leverage during negotiations. This was another move by TREB that makes me believe your members aren't your first priority.
