It's crazy that a professional organization such as TREB would even consider not renewing this essential service! TREB...PLEASE re-new so that we can provide the best possible service to our customers!

This is an essential tool with guaranteed information vital to our work. We need it to provide quality service to our clients. Every Board in the province has agreed to re-sign, so why not TREB? Please do not remove this. Thank you.

We need this service in order to do our job properly. Please protect the professionalism of this industry by contunuing to provide us with this valuable tool. We have enough agents cutting corners as it is, lets not give realtors one more reason to cut corners and provide sloppy service!

We need GUARANTEED information. We also need access to information to decide whether the person(s) we are dealing with have the authority to sell - after the listing agreement is signed is too late to access this information.

Yes, this makes a whole lot of sense! Take away something that works, and replace it with something that is a 'work in progress'. I think if more of you executives were in touch with 'front line' real estate 'warriors' you would see how foolish this decision is. This is suppose to be a democratic system, why don't we have a say!

Why would TREB push through such a momentous decision without input from its members and quite obviously little input from individuals who understand our business structure before moving forward on something that will hurt our ability to be effective. It just doesn't make sense!

We need GeoWarehouse. Why would we go to a third party who is getting their info from the source that we have had all along... it's like me asking my client to rely on www.realtor.ca which is an awesome tool and advertising medium but it's not working with a REALTOR® on Stratus... MPAC is delayed and it's incomplete...

I definitely think this should be a free service as it is a vital part of research for our business. This service should be part of our dues.
