Instead of stripping away tools to save dollars for TREB's' bottom line, why not instead provide the membership with greater tools and services to empower the membership. The end result would benefit all REALTORS ®. Allowing our industry to help and provide better services and practices for and to our clients, ultimately reflecting better on our industry as a whole.

They keep claiming that some “focus test group” , “number of our peers “ choose the other system over the land registry.I doubt that it is true since I first learned about the change was from Land Registry directly when I was logging inThere was no information from TREB at all .They need to let us vote and decide , I do not want some focus group deciding on my behalf.

This is not a negotiable tool for us. It is critical to how we provide our service and guidance! Realtors cannot function or abide by the rules and regulationsof our industry without this tool! We need this in order to continue to uphold out fiduciary obligations to our clients! How is this not blatantly obvious to those who voted not to renew access to GeoWarehouse?! Board members - You are not reflecting and looking after the needs of those who have voted you in!!!!

It is very frustrating that every board in the province except TREB has agreed to re-sign with Geowarehouse.So TREB must re-sign it.

With the high costs of TREB dues, I think access to GeoWarehouse should be included.
