This is a petition that will be presented to the Texarkana Arkansas School District School Board to request that they rename the Arkansas Senior High School band hall the "Robert H. Williams Band Hall" in memory of and in honor to Mr. Robert Williams for his many years of dedicated service to the school district and it's students.
