I'm an A's fan but I understand the reason and how important of a petition this is. José Fernandéz deserves to be remembered as the amazing pitcher and Marlin he was and the best way to do so is with a stadium named after him.

I'm a Cardinals fan till the day I die, but Jose was my favorite player outside of St. Louis. I would love for the stadium to be named after him. He had potential to be the greatest.

Jose was an honorable man and a hero to so many. his actions both on and off the field deserve to be honored, and this is a fitting tribute from a city and organization he loved.
