We the undersigned residents of the Village of Hempstead urge the Board Members of the Town of Hempstead Industrial Development Agency to deny the application of Renaissance Downtowns Urban America LLC for a PILOT agreement to subsidize the proposed 336 apartment unit described as Phase I at the intersection of Front and Washington Streets in the Village of Hempstead, at your Public Hearing to be held on May12, 2016 at the Nathan L. H. Bennett Pavillion, 1 Washington Street, Hempstead at 9:00 A.M.
