Removing Anderson Howard from the landings

I don’t work at the landings but reading this petition and the comments I can say that it is NOT a stupid petition Those saying it is are those profiting from the masas. The team members are unhappy and treated poorly. I am one who once wished I was working at the Landings and now hearing what it has become is unimaginable. I am a hotel worker and can come to terms with how they feel, however these are the people who has the hardest jobs in order for your guests to feel at home and happy and relaxed. They deserve to be treated with utmost respect and a fair pay. I am a supervisor at my work place and my team gets big respect from me and for that they would do anything for me. So as a concerned neighboring hotel worker do right by your staff, they are the ones making it happen. Nothing functions without them, And those 5 team members should return to their jobs.

Now ppl keep it clean and stop acting ghetto..be mindful of wat we post we are here to speak facts and wat is affecting us..moving on to all staff stop running from the camera and speak you'll truth..if an emergency meeting with board members don't happen this week..everyone we are sticking..from December 25th nobody is allow on property...if management and owners are willing g to hit us in our pockets we are doing g the same..no work until that meeting is called..and the media is the list of wat we are going to do..everything g I hv written so far is coming to pass. Don't underestimate the team especially me

NICO JOSEPH is a walking waste of a paycheck. He roams the property with such purpose yet manages to achieve absolutely nothing. He is the human version of a loading screen , always “processing” and never delivering. His hygiene is so poor it announces him before he reaches the room, and his phone is glued to his hand like he works in a call center instead of The Landings . If confusion and gossip were a person, it would be Nico. It shows clearly why he has never had a stable job, he beat the whole of St.Lucia. You old pomperteria 2.ANDERSON HOWARD is the biggest thief the company ever had. He handles service charges like it’s his personal donation box. While staff can’t even afford bus fare to Vieux Fort, he’s out living luxury with his wife. He walks around with the attitude of a man who thinks he’s WiFi, but nobody is connected to him. Every time he shows up, productivity takes a lunch break. Anderson this is not Royalton please give us our service charge and do it fairly. You are tarnishing the reputation of the hotel. But let me tell you something when you’re coming back make sure you walk with your food You Greedy always on a diet.,you sheeting in your food! Take it how you want.

Mr.Anderson must leave. He is too advantageous for a month and a half the elevator was not working and morning noon and night staff has to be bring trays of food up to his room climbing stairs three stories high that’s not right, then u sending them back to the kitchen just to have your boiled eggs peeled Man u too wicked. From December last year u came to staff nicely we welcomed you but u were just a wolf in sheep’s clothing playing with our money from the time u can in we just had a decline in pay and service charge hiring managers up on mangers directors upon directors and yet still the number of guests we are seeing is very low so what are the purpose of these managers u and the them you brought in are not suitable for the landings resort and spa time for you guys to pack up and leave.

I miss out on the Petition news tonite on DBS... I heard MBC said tomorrow they will discuss it.. I want a review on the DBS News... Landings staff stop running when the things get hot.. we need to stand together as a team to fight this petition for this man to leave completely with his other minions.

The landings resort on spa oh god put a hands or 4 . The place has become terrible the staff is not happy . Imagine you start as a causal after 2years later or more u become permanent and wage is the same as a casual staff . Only persons benefiting right now are mangers (fixed pay ) am hoping that all the BOD MEMBERS ARE SEEING THIS JUST FIND OUT FROM THE STAFF THEY WILL SPEAK we have never experienced this before we’re in Dec and occupancy is @40% the place slow you can tell as soon as u arrived the feeling is just not good. We’re burnt out how can you say as a GM that “the staff wanna live expensive lifestyles and expect to see more money “? Like what?? Who knows how you living ? You might as well bring the rest of your family to run the business eat n drink how Yourl want (all inclusive from start ) but if yourl get a staff doing it its over that is not fair.

Renamed the resort to ghetto land. It's has turned into a ghetto, i visited the landings for lunch and the place is not the same staff unhappy and you can see it on their faces and body language. No more values and decorum,standards, class the landings has really fall. My prayers goes out to the landings line staff hard working staff. God don't sleep the fight is not over.

good evening. earlier this year Howard hired inspector calious Dantes as security director at the landings. Mr Dantes has since done absolutely nothing for his department except 1. As soon as he was appointed he disbanded the K9 unit which was stragerically brought in because of serious robbery attempts on the compound. 2. Dantes then reduced on the working hours of the police officers who comes on evenings to strengthen the security team. 3. He has since removed the additional pay rate which had been paid to the shift leaders from the time the hotel came into existence . So currently there are no active/paid shift leaders at the landings . some shifts are currently run weekly without anyone being in charge and Dantes does not care. He said that the decision to stop paying the shift leaders was taken by Mr Martin of the accounts dept. However Mr Martin sir I strongly believe that was not your decision and you should not be dragged into this fiasco. 4. Mr. Dantes is currently trying to redo the security roster to mimic what he uses in the police force which will surely cause much pain and discomfort to the staff. 5. Dantes primary reason for wanting to change the roster format is to allow one of his ear marked police friend to come into the department and become a supervisor. HIs antics are being closely monitored. 6. On the very same day that the last security manager was fired by the BOD Mr Dantes quickly called one of his police officer friends and told them to come for the job . if this goes through then is more victimation. I can only imagine how devasted the BOD members must be right now reading all these revelations knowing full well that the staff had spoken to them before hand and they still messed up and extended howards contract.

I have been working at the Landings for over 10 hrs now, and I have never seen such poor leadership. ANDERSON HOWARD and his Team needs to go!!!. Landings has lost alot of good, professional people from all departments because of the lack of respect, leadership,togetherness and empathy. ANDERSON HOWARD and his team have turn Landings into a GHETTO, no standard no class. ANDERSON HOWARD SUBASH JENNIFER YANIKKA YARDE DANTES AND THE LSIT GOES ON!! THESE ARE THE ONES WHO CONTINUE TO BRING PROBLEMS INTO THE HOTEL. THEY SABOTAGE STAFF MEMBERS FOR THEIR PERSONAL AGENDA AND THEY ARE THE ONES WHO CARRY NEWS FOR HOWARD. THEY WILL DO ANYTHING FOR POWER AND POSITION. YANNIKA YARDE WAS THE BIGGEST INFORMER AT THE SPA, TOGETHERNESS WITH HER SISTER JENNIFER THE FRONT DESK MANGER IS A TICKING TIME BOMB. ANDERSON HOWARD AND HIS GOONS NEEDS TO GO!!

We have not received any increase in pay, and many employees are not being scheduled for the full 80 hours per fortnight. Furthermore, the service charge remains unacceptably low. Mr. Howard should reconsider his approach to staff management. Continuously hiring new managers while existing staff remain dissatisfied with their wages is highly demoralizing. This resort is far too small to warrant such an excessive number of managers.
