I was not going to say anything as part of management, But I have tried everything in my power to make my staff happy and I try daily to motivate them but my energy is running low. Anderson Howard needs to go !! I know many may see me as a hypocrite but some of us managers do get service charge while the staff are suffering. My staff is not happy and HE NEEDS TO GO

This resort has changed to “THE GHETTO ROYALTON” a place that a lot of persons are afraid to work due to the lack of professionalism. Haward and his ROYALTON FAMILY/MANAGERS HE BROUGHT WITH HIM NEEDS TO GO BACK. This is no joke the level of treatment is obnoxious and insane. The Royalton Managers believe that they can speak and treat the staff how they want . Something needs to be done .Landings use to be a place that I was eager to work because of the good reviews that I got from there but coming in and seeing for myself it has changed drastically. Paul Collymore should mayb be back or a new person sad to say. How use treat a staff will show how happy your guests become whilst on vacation. as of Thursday last week Anderson left st Lucia to go on vacation. i suspect that mf won't return and will quietly send in his resignation letter to the board. He must be super ashame and scare for his life right now. hence the reason he paying caleous Dantes $20,000.00 as his personal body guard but all Dantes does is screw all the female staff at the front desk . he too must go asap
