When I joined the Landings, this was the most prestigious hotel to work. The standard there was top notch! The Front Desk under the supervision of Anna Marshal and Nadia Joseph was was a department which strived to maintain the highest standard. Now this department is run under a past employee of Royalton who has no standard, no decorum, no etiquette. Essentially she is a figurehead in high heels who prances around in the lobby like she is in a play of some sort. She doesnt even know the workings of the system being used at the desk! Staff have resigned left, right and center from the time she was PLACED there by Howard. This is unacceptable! Even going so far as to threaten the staff saying HOWARD asked her to fire the whole FD team! Then of course backtracking..Its December and where are the guests?? This is unhears of at the Landings! Serious consideration must be given in removing Howard at the hotel

We must put an end to these Modern day plantation by the sea!

I believe that the manager Anderson need to go as it's absurd that in peak season and low season the gratuity can be 200 dollars or so I remember working back then gratuities was always above a thousand. For the staff to complain things is really bad. This was the place where staff was always willing to work double shifts and on off days they would come in. This is sad I believe the Anderson has to go and very fast too

Staff don't be fooled by with any 2.5 salary increase, bonus or increase in service charge. It's a lie to fooled you'll. When January hit staff will be made redundant. It's been 3 months wen my loan take there 600 dollars I have no money's $0.00 un inwhich I signed uh contract stating service charge would be less than $500.....un the general manager order sometime 3 trays of food uh jug or jucie un still want the staff to bring him sorbay after this is ridiculous he even wants the staff too peel his eggs if dey don't he sends it back to be done this is bare slavery un for what no money this is crazy please assist us it's really not fair

To the managers new and old to anderson we know u are reading every comment,too ur wife(queen)who is right beside u..trip advisor is our next stop..when u come at the landings u gave ur bogus speech about u don't play with 2 things ppl's money and their food..now u are doing the exact opposite u eat all the food u and ur wife ,mostly ur wife from wat I hv gathered and u are tampering with ppls money..now with that being said we the staff are going to hit the hotel where it hurts..starting with the guest..mark my words cus it is never null and void..again I repeat if this meeting don't happen by the end of the week or if u target one staff get ready..u hv jus awaken a silent dragon...no more of ur disrespect or politician games..stand strong alone so imagine wat I will conquer with my team....I will bring this entire hotel down to take down 1 mice..call my bluff

Our service charge money is used to do all kinda upgrading and we are the ones who has to repay the expenses with no salary increase, Minimal commission on wine sales, f&b admin gaining from our tips we work for as to this date no Christmas staff party advertised , no bonus mentioned it's like a Christmas without you * restaurant staff need they tips on the cheques assigned to them and not shared * we need our full service charge and not the kaka duh u giving us * permanent staff need a better hourly rate * 5% commission on a wine sales is not enough And the list goes on
