The hotel industry runs on the abuse of staff. Many employers in Saint Lucia tend to pocket watch their own staff, which is unfair.

Anderson terminated the manager who used to bring in much needed revenue to bring in his friend and other Bajan like himself. From his Royalton days he promised her a job but Royalyon was not having it . Look not one staff party booked or event for Christmas for the staff to work and make a little function pay . Useless man. Treat people fairly . He hired another manager and asked her to terminate staff wrongfully because she declined he terminated her .. another revenue generating department . That man just like to use people to make him self look good and the minute he gets what he wants her terminates them once they oppose him. He likes gossip and persons to be his mouth piece . This man boasts he has worked at so many hotels; the part he omits is that he did not last long in those roles because of his poor leadership qualities. He has none of the leadership qualities which Paul Collymore had. This is truly a case of "you never miss the water until the well runs dry".

let me comment on revelations someone made earlier about the security director . MR. Calious dantes was the one who brought in his best friend officer Augustin to the hotel to serve as the personal body guard to Anderson Howard. Inspector Dantes knew full well that police officer Augustin was being investigated for rape charges by the police force yet he kept that a secret. After much criticism was made claiming that Howard does not need a body guard Mr Dantes saw it fitting to creat a new position of lost prevention SUPERVISOR for Mr Augustin so that he can remain on property. This newly created position allowed officer augustin full access into all the guest rooms and the vaults using our designated electronic devices to open for them when the need arise. bearing in mind that the RSLPF was actively investinging him for rape. These findings were reporting to various high ranking managers who turned a blind eye because of the fear towards Anderson Howard. EVentually this was externally reported to the BOD who immediately fired officer Augustin. on these grounds alone inspector Dantes should've been fired since he was part of the coverup and was the one who bring this gentleman to the hotel.
