I believe in a good working environment, also believe in fair work for hard work. No one should be working in a stressful environment. It shows this manager has no respect for the staff, I agree with the others, he needs to go.

Let me spell it out fr ull staff..they are going to offer ull a big bonus which will fool many of u..then u dnt strike they save face..then they will raise u to 2/2.5% and u will thi k u are safe and think it didn't go in vane..but ket ke break it to u..it jus did cus the minute we a cept the 2/2.5% we doom and after Edward Jones they are going to make ma y of u redundant if not before Edward jones or they are going to do the you'll evaluation and get rid of u. The managers are going to do exactly wat howard wants trust and believe..mark my words it's never null and void

I am so disappointed with most of you'll who went to that meeting..I swear I am tired of all of ull..most of u stayed quiet and we're the first to run to the meeting wat was ull purpose at that meeting?are you'll really going to settle for 2/2.5 percent..after so long of not getting and increase? For anyone who thinks these comments are personal , they’re not. These are real situations that have happened, and the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force needs to be aware of them. The workers and supervisors at The Landings are mistreating their staff, and it has gone too far. At this point, I want to know who is going to step in and escort Dantez out, because the behaviour coming from him and others in that circle is unacceptable. This is not a joke, not an exaggeration , it’s the truth, and it needs to be addressed

When you have a so-called manager like Nico, who literally runs into the male bathroom and walks back out without even washing his hands, hides from work, and never teaches his staff the basic things they need to know, trust me,nobody is going to stay quiet. Staff will always speak up, especially when the heads of department sit there and pretend everything is fine. Nico moves like he has a whole rude-band behind him, yet his work ethic is rotten,just like his hygiene. The man’s standards are so poor it’s embarrassing. He’s too busy gossiping and swirling around with Emily instead of actually managing his team. He doesn’t guide, he doesn’t train, he doesn’t lead. He just exists. This is exactly why the comments will ALWAYS feel personal,because managers like Nico make the workplace unbearable. He needs to go, because he brings nothing to the table except confusion, laziness, and filth.

Imagine u working hard at Landings and u have to get a side hustle to make ends meet barely making 700 a fortnight for many months. When u go to Anderson, he tells u that ur living above ur means. When all I do is pay my bills and just try to earn a decent life. I don't know what this man meant that we want to live a lavish life style . Like is slavery that's there for us and he and his queen Elizabeff alone that have to live lavishly and all his family members and friends with the big useless positions. Very disgusting. He sees us as peasants that deserves nothing. Also Chef Niko needs to treat his staff better especially this one chef he constantly picks on when he is putting on a show when he in the restaurant. Always shouting behind de man like he is ur child. Especially when the kitchen gets a lil busy because Chef Niko don't know how to work under pressure. Everytime like that u keep bullying the young man and we have all witnessed it. Talking down on him. I'm sure if he wasn't good at his job u would have gotten rid of him. Do better!!!!! Subharsh u self deh like a slave master. I think your role is is frustrate the staff cuz that's all u do. Walk around like some bollywood superstar. Everyday is a new upgrade and a new this and that . So where is the money for the staff.

I ate from his food every time i went to deliver This bastard eats too much. Your room is fully equipped why cant your lazy ass wife cook for you ? These people are living lavish at the resort they even get it better than the guest paying their monies

I use to work dere and let me tell yll this management is so bad they should fire sme of management.the staff are very nice but the pay is bad,bay gardens paying more than dem.boy i tell u nwhen I started working derr I see my first pay I run,they promise u money in your contract then when u get service charge is lower.the gm eats the most.the wife of the gm is very lazy..the coffee shop is just in the lobby she refuse to come get water she ask for room service.i tell u boy always black man that still want slavery to go on They should fire mate and alot of the managers cause they are the reason the staff do not get paid well cause they get all the money doing nothing and again get all the credits
