One thing I love about the landings is the staffs,when ever I come on my day pass ,the beach servers ,bartenders,and restaurant staffs go all out to make sure your money worth is one to enjoy and to come back ba this is very sad to hear the treatment unbelievable I thought the salary was high and sme of the staffs I have gotten to love cause of the hospitality but I am very sad to hear this..fix this BOD.staffs suppose to be your number one priority. Without them there is no service.and they honestly work hard esp the beach and pool servers who always make sure my days are always well taken care off.staff do not accept 2% its not right.

Why dat dentaz man do not go back where he cone from.ever see the way he walks in the resort li k e he untouchable. The man does absolutely nothing all he does put division and seat in the office and eat free staff from the coffee shop.dantaz are bringing more people from the police force.its like that hotel have become bring in a friend to get big salary..now the high positions are brothers. Sisters,anuty,cousin ,its a family tree at the landings.who bring who to get position and the lack no knowledge of the position they are assigned. Landings has fallen and the little bit left the greedy managers are bringing in their whole family and friends. Yow before landings had standards now its a zero hotel.what do you expect when the gm come and reap wat he can get fast before he is no longer assigned gm anymore but if a staff drink a sprite yll fire them if a staff eat a piece of bread yll threat the cooks for the jobs but sme manager drink large water coke and eat anything they want and all they do is sign for everything. I do not blame the staffs for eating and drinking cause the salary is shate.d.the security director needs to be at his home cause u are a pervert anda bully bad leadership.a thief never want to see another their steal.greedy director. I was reliably informed today that yesterday Mr. calious Dantes the security manager held an impromptu meeting with his security staff and he said the following. 1. He hopes that none of his security personnel did not sign the petition nor did they comment. 2. Moving forward no security staff should partake in the petition. 3. he said that if he was in charge of the hotel or was a bod member that he would not pay the staff absolutely any increase or bonus. and they don't deserve it because of how they commenting on the petition. 4. he put security on standby so that on the day of the strike they all must be at work to conduct duties at the affected departments . example serving guest at the restaurant and bar if the need arise. I really feel bad for this department. MR dantes is only there to protect his $20,000 salary. In the end I hope the staff gets all they are requesting and the hotel could return to normalcy in 2026.

This hotel has a lot of preference this is not right everyone is supposed to be treated equally

ok let's start here.Landings has made the news twice in one year under the leadership of anderson joward and both times he is the centre of it and to make matters even worst the hotel both times hv been shown in a bad light..the manager he hired and tried to shot at him in his office..clearly this was the very first sign of bad leadership and now all the staff..clearly this man is a cancer.to landings staff this petition is not to fight against eachother it's to show ways is affecting our lively hood and day is anderson and his tactics..let them take us serious stop bashing eachother stop making the petition personal and disrespectful or become a gossiping venue...next our rate is 7$ an hour 2% of 7 dollars is only 14 cents..it's really wayever u make the multiple of the number in cents. so ppl plz together we need to fight fr better everyone will benefit In the end..we want a raise of 2$ or more..no percent we are not accepting nothing less.if the 19th we dnt get a good bonus and a fair pay we are not showing up to work from the 25th until they gv us wat we are asking..we want anderson out this is non negotiable

I will never recommend Landings to anyone to visit or to work. The place is trash, the food is trash , the staff is unhappy and stress and the mood is dull and gloomy.. The management is terrible

Landings need prayers and new manager and more money and better treatment and better food..we need good solid food to give us strength to face the bad treatment .we need a strong back bone.we do not want 2% hell no we not want petty money we want our work worth money with alot of changes.slavery ended long time but management want us to bend our back for pocket change.we have family to feed and we have our personal business to take care off.enough is enough.its time all the staffs stand up,yes even the managers that are kissing asses to stop it and fight for us and the supervisors need to stand up as well and correct the wrong.the mood is red.we red and ready come Christmas day if we not please if our salary Friday 19 we striking.we do not want 2% that is just 14 cents added.we want fairness.

They have one particular chef at the calaloo restaurant she sleep with everyone even in management and report back to the management about everything ,even when she see the mal treatment.sme of these management gives the staffs the management and alot of the staffs howard bring in are not professional .sexual harassment is very high.howard and his team must go.sexual harassment comes from both the staffs Howard brings in and also the managers he brings in.

There is this one stewarddat just come and work there his name is kendal he is a big time informer...he reports to Denzel everything and yohan.what i do not understand is why some of these staffs still report to the saucer management who maltreat the staffs...I tell u the steward department has no unity and the gm bring in all these managers to maltreated the staffs.he needs to go the gm.the gm needs to leave asap

HE WANTED HER TO GET RID OF HER ENTIRE DEPARTMENT, WHICH SHE DIDNT PARTAKE. THE SPA SUPERVISOR/ RECEPTIONIST AND SUBASH CONSPIRED TO GET HER OUT. THESE ARE THE ONES WHO NEED TO LEAVE THE LANDINGS
