Anderson getting everything for free. His meals, his bills AND all his expenses are paid by the hotel. Orders sooooo much food for just him and his wife . Even things that are not part of his package he gets it for free!!! Thats not fair. Sometimes they even throw most of the food away then wants to tell us how to manage our pay which he has decrease the service charge to next to nothing. Almost 6 months the pay has been unbearable. Most of us cannot even pay our rent, send our children to school or pay our bills. This is not the Royalton. LANDINGS IS NOT ROYALTON.!!! WE DESERVE BETTER THAN THIS. Working hard occupancy is very low goes up goes down is a gimmic high pay directors whiles lines staff is getting low pay i have been working at landings for years and this year was way different compare to the previous years and the hotel was running better without mr anderson so i say vote him out thanks

Things have gone down from the promised raise to better working conditions. It has not happened and all they saying it takes time but wen u have already been there for so.many years just to hear that or raise can only happen based on performance. So im assuming the staff appraisal that has been taking place every six months is for wat exactly and after all this time nothings changed. This guy has surrounded himself with plenty of directors. Director of this and that the he sits back does nothing but squeeze line staff to full his pockets with the projects he undertakes.
