Removing Anderson Howard from the landings

Bad approach to leadership

This is the worse i have ever seen at the landings resort in a busy period where our occupancy should be sky high we're at 35% occupancy, where as he has many new managers coming in regularly making over $20,000 a month and the line staff who makes the work happen is getting paid pebbles, this man has to go asap we can no longer work with him, how can we have a man who eats more than we do and could tell your staff to peel a boiled egg for you where is your wife to do so,since this man took over as managing director we could barely make ends meet not even 40hours for our week period but meanwhile his managers would get their full salaries. Anderson Howard must go enough is enough

I have never seen it so bad @the landing under this dictator called Anderson Howard. This man is a wolf in sheep clothing. This is not the royalton where u think 5 something service is jackpot at the landing where that petty cash in the eyes of the senior team. Im here for 15years and I have never seen it my salary for the last 2 months net pay saying $0.00. This isn't the landings that's the "Endings". We don't want any bajan to run this resort anymore.. the last GM took million we are afraid Howard takes trillions.

This man needs to go we work hard and when we get paid we don't see it, some of the staff afraid to talk because they afraid they will get fired because our bosses don't stand for us they send us under the bus literally no back bone from any of those so called managers only some supervisors that try to step up for the staff.

It is high time the prime minister check on the private sector and labor department who is being bribe by hotel members to dismiss staff complains, PJP and Ernest your people fed up of the abuse from foreigners. This Anderson howard has a bad reputation from royalton. Howard must go

We the staff tired. Of being use and abuse by Anderson Howard's, family and Subhash this guy was fired from the landings and Howard brought him back to cause more damage. Cutting on staff salaries to bring in unnecessary managers and his family members, staff working under poor conditions small resort like landings do not need so many directors.staff being electricuted on compound haven't received not one compensation. Staff being abused on roster when they called in sick their being taken of the roster staff cannot even pay their loans anymore. The landings is not a nice place to work under howard supervision. He is lying to the homeowners about the staff wellbeing staff resigning everyday, the staff fed up can't take it anymore. What kind of managering director having the chief of security go in the parking lot to watch the type of vehicles staff driving,this man brought royalton staff and managers to the landings destroying the morals and values of the landings establishment, We are going to invite the media to pure out or frustrations ,We want Mr Mason or Paul collymore back. Anderson, subhash and his rest of unnecessary managers must go. Restaurant fed up, housekeeping fed up, front desk fed up, kitchen fed up, security fed up we all fed up.

Our salaries has been cut down to over 60%under anderson leadership whilst his and his family's own is increasing...1000 dollars every month from each staff has been taken out with reduced hours..yet more work more pressure has been apply..we work with fear under his leadership..well today we are standing together as a team to remove anderson as Gm..we don't want no bajan as a gm again

Anderson's Howard has been a very vindictive and used intimidation tactics on his department heads. He has threatened them at meetings and no one says anything because they are afraid to lose their jobs. The amstaff rate of turnover is the highest in Saint Lucia if not the entire Caribbean. This guy should never work in Saint Lucia. A bajan who thinks that we Saint Lucians are nothing more than sheep to be herded.

We need mr.anderson out..we can no longer work under this leadership.This man treats ur as gabbage..our Pay has been minimize more dan 60%..He and his wife treats us like we are their personal servants..they won't even peel their own eggs and everynight 1 tray has be delivered to his room with atleast 5 to 6 plates(family style)..it's been 1 whole year we are being mistreated under this managementm.I petition fr him 2 b removed
