Removing Anderson Howard from the landings

First and foremost Anderson must go!! I worked at the landings before and I really thought he would have done a better job than Collymore through the way that he came and made everything think that he would be there for the staff but 2 months down the line there was a turn around! This is one of the reasons I had to leave this place I did not have the audacity to return to this place. Worse yet the persons he hired as so called managers “PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT!” I believe that everyone should be treated equally and shouldn’t be where because one brings in gossip you get to love them!! This is the worse hotel I’ve ever worked! Don’t get me wrong it’s a beautiful resort, extremely beautiful and this resort has so much potential but the homeowners need to be very careful as to who they put as Managing Director by far Collymore treated the staff way better than ANDERSON and everyone knows it… I am calling on the homeowners to stand back and take a look at the mess this resort has become and ANDERSON needs to be replaced. Returning guests themselves also see it for themselves i remembered a few guests after I left said to me “This is the best thing you did because this resort is just not the same” homeowners I am begging you for the sake of the staff and prosperity of the BEAUTIFUL RESORT GET HIM OUT!!! Especially the FRONT DESK MANAGER that he brought with him AND CORRUPT MANAGERS WHO ARE THERE LANDINGS NEED TO BE RESHUFFLED THANK YOU!!

Bad treatment towards the staff

It is very heart breaking to see what our General manager Mr Howard, who appeared to be very heart warming when he spoke with us at different departmental meetings when he first came in as General manager.where he appeared very loving, and caring. And now he has shown his true colors, of being wicked heatful towards us the hard working and dedicated staff by refusing to pay us what we deserve, because financial, and institutions are calling, because we cannot meet our deadlines. I,am in supporting this petition of removing him from his position, as General manager, and to recommend that he should not work as General manager anymore in the Caribbean. Because the staff are the back bone to any company. And thank you for this wonderful opportunity

Reason why I want him to go because that money it cannot pay your bills cannot keeptake care of your children so please I need him to leave

I'm tired of the careless disregard of staff. Anderson fail to realize if we the line staff doesn't treat guests right, they won't return to this resort. He has lied to the home owners stating that staff are being well paid even better than last year. That's a lie; an outright lie! In the 15yrs I have worked at the Landings resort and spa this is the first I have seen it so dismal. We the line staff are not happy; not at all! Anderson and all his minions, his sousears, must go. Enough is enough! Majority of us staff have to pay our bills like we have taken something on hire purchase at Courts; every fortnight put down a payment so you won't be disconnected. Bills can never be paid in full anymore. Howard Anderson must go

I approve this petition as we employess work long, hard hours yet our service charge receipts are still below par with same time period last year.. service charge paid last year ranged approxiamtely $800 and above.Since his arrival ,service charge paid to staff have not surpassed the $700 mark . Yet nore rules and processes are added to show as if work is being done by these highly paid directors or manager hired by him. His high employment of high salary range (manager or director) by creating various irrelvant job titles whilst benefits originally given to staff as motivator factors are removed for entry level personnel thereby demotivating low level staff.

I am submitting my concern to formally address serious concerns regarding the management practices currently taking place at The Landings. These issues are significantly affecting staff morale, departmental communication, and the overall integrity of the workplace. The matters below require immediate review and corrective actions. Staff have repeatedly been addressed with political explanations regarding the lack of wage increases. This has created tension and confusion, especially as employees continue to work under low wages and inconsistent service-charge distribution. Many staff members are scheduled for only 32 hours per week, and the service charge is often reduced when full hours are not met, even when the reduction is outside the employee’s control. Meanwhile, managers continue to receive full pay and full service charge, regardless of weekly fluctuations. This disparity has caused frustration and has raised questions regarding fairness, transparency, and compliance with established policies. While management occasionally hosts social events such as Friday barbecues and staff activities, these gestures do not address the core issues affecting employees. Staff morale cannot be repaired through temporary events when underlying concerns about wages, consistency, and fair treatment remain unresolved Mr. Howard – Staff have expressed concerns regarding repeated political discussions and inconsistent explanations regarding compensation issues. Mr. Nico – Reports indicate preferential treatment to Mr Howard and his wife during service times, at times being served before paying guests. Donteez – Questions have been raised regarding high level of pay wage Mr Donteez is receiving while his on vacation from the police force bragging his wage is double what he gets in the police force. Jennifer – Frequent absences have contributed to staffing strain and operational imbalance. How do we expect her staff to be punctual when she's not leading by example. Ren

ANDERSON! Managers out here having intercourse with line staff like it’s part of the job description. And the so-called “boss” sitting in that office collecting a paycheck while letting everything fall apart — acting blind while the rest of us deal with the chaos. Some supervisors need to STOP using the hotel as their personal bedroom for example NICO AND EMILY playing with each other in vehicles and carrying on like we don’t see what’s happening. The unprofessionalism is disgusting. A whole bunch of jokers, lames, and straight-up stupid people running administration. Get it together — because right now the place looks like a circus, and the ringmaster clearly not doing their job. (ANDERSON)

This administration is the most disgusting we’ve ever worked under. We used to have a strong, solid team, and now the place is packed with your friends and family for absolutely no reason. We’re the ones dealing with the pressure every day, not you. And now look your contract is renewed. No surprise there, because the owner clearly has no idea what’s really happening behind the scenes. But let me be clear: don’t take this lightly. Staff are beyond fed up, and people are ready to speak out, report what’s going on, and expose the mess if things continue the way they’re going. The situation is getting worse, and it’s not going to stay quiet. The place is falling apart under your so-called leadership.

Anderson Howward, why are we even paying for Beach Club debit? You are the worst garbage Royalton has ever sent to us, and you dragged along Garbage Number 2, Nico Joseph. Thanks to both of you, we basically have no Christmas this year. And tell your wife to stop pretending she’s part of management she can’t even boil an egg in a room, far less dishell it for you. That’s basic knowledge. Please give us what we deserve. YOU NEED TO GO!!!
