Removing Anderson Howard from the landings

How can this be a stupid petition, we the staff are fed up with the treatment that we've been getting from howard and if it is stupid the next option will be the media houses so either u enjoy what howard is doing or you're one of his soussers,it is our democratic right to stand up against what is wrong & right now we're ready to right the wrong.

Enough is enough

Every rope has its end, and theirs will soon . The Landings have officially turned into THE ENDINGS. These heartless, inconsiderate and ruthless monsters, who care only about their pockets and no one else's, MUST GO! Gone are the days when this resort used to be a special place which guests, homeowners and staff all enjoyed alike. So many of us have suffered at the hands of those people. Some of the good leaders and managers who appreciated and valued teamwork, and whose exemplified work ethic helped increase the productivity, efficiency and profitability of the resort, were let go. Instead, they have instituted a team of imbecilic wannabe professionals a.k.a "Directors", who have fostered a culture of toxicity throughout the resort. As a result, the staff are constantly frustrated and they continue to work in this demotivating work environment. Certain managers who were brought in "to help" shape the team are incompetent and remain absent - e.g FD. They need to go!

Yh that so call GM needs to go, from the day he open his mouth and say that if Lucian staff slacking off he can always bring O.E.C.S staff I say that man come to get rid of us and then he hired suebash and gave him hotel manager it was a matter of time he go do his dirty work and hiring more managers so call friends for dumb positions, firing your old staff, eating our service charge so low pay, lying about the hotel occupancy to sink more cash, making dumbass rules and not pushing the hotel that's the first time in my life working at the Landing/Endings resort and spa I have seen a Christmas season Dead the restaurants empty 30 percent guest in house this is sad y'all in to do better.

I have read all the comments and though all are true cus I am working there and there is so much more to be said..but this message is rather to the staff and no about anderson..Anderson will not change the owners are aware and has encourage time and time again fr ppl to treat us bad..even some of the owners treats us bad.we as a team as a collective stop being afraid to lose a dollar but instead risk the dollar and stand up for $20 u are loosing u most likely to end up with the $1 plus the 20 lost and more. We need to unionize..form a union..cus no matter wat gm is place there they are going to do it to us..dnt get me wrong Anderson has to go with his his entourage some of the managers(pass) also needs to go but with all that let's us unionize

Landings needs educated, professional and experienced MANAGERS. The staff who have been there a long time and deserve the position are the ones just working as boowicks and they don’t get the pay that they deserve . Those are the staff who are dedicated to their jobs. God is good he don’t sleep.
