No person should ever be refused to participate in showing respect and remembrance of our veterans

Well let the people speak and say it's HIM...Personal issues need not interfere with those wishing to pay respect to our fallen and vets.

he needs to learn that the riders would be great customers for the town it sounds like he is living in a time warp and needs to move into the 21st century with the rest of us or be put out to pasture

What about WWII piglets and motorcycle dispatch riders. That wore leather as a uniform? And what about native Canadians or other cultural groups in cerimonial dress, would they be discriminated against and if they were, what would the outcry be then? I can hear it know... The Nova Scotia Highlanders were refused permission to march in the rememberance day parade because they weren't wearing pants! Discrimination is discrimination what ever kind of dress you are wearing.

Not much you can say other than total disgusting for a public official. Especially a peace officer.

The day that civil servants dictate who does what marks the end of a free society! I'm sure that many of our glorious dead, if they had returned would have ridden motorcycles.

Every person who wants to pay respect should be allowed. The veterans fought for the riders' freedom too. The chief doesn't get that. He is trying to remove the freedom that they fought for. It is discrimination. Get rid of him.
