As a proud former soldier and biker I am ashamed that you have the attitude you do. I am not a 1% er nor will I ever be. I have been to dozens of repatriations stood on the bridges and more military funerals on both sides of the border. Ask chief Bill Blair of Toronto what he thinks of the 100 bikers that show up and line the street behind TPS headquarters for every repatriation. I'm sure he doesn't feel the same way you do. Shame on you for your closed mind.

Having a child for a Chief of Police is bad for the entire area....someone with his own agenda that is very petty.

The police have no right to dictate who can and cannot march in ANY Remembrance Day parade. This is the lowest form of discrimination. Many bikers are also vets or have family who have or currently service in the military.

To forbid these guys from riding in respect to our fallen soldiers is a travesty. How can you exclude a group because of how they are dressed, or what they represent? Can you imagine if this was any religious group, or ethnic group that was banned? There would be a massive outcry and demands for equality to which we would as a society, give in to without question. I am tired of "Joe Canada" taking a backseat to this type of agenda, when in the same situation, other special interest groups would be pandered to!

As a military and police supporter I would think that this Chief of police hasen't done his homework, A large number of Motorcycle groups work for different great causes, including our military and have done a lot for our vets. Brian Goodfellow QDJM RED Ribbon Forces

Dan Hilts Dan Hilts Is this guy even a vet? If not why is he dictating what "vets" can participate in the Remembrance Day ceremonies? It really does not matter if he was or not, this is a clear cut case of bullying and needs to be dealt with. The Vets need to organize a "LEGAL" demonstration and march to the cenotaph in that town. Make sure they got the press with them ..... this creep will be less likely to try anything if it is being recorded by the press .....

I was bullied all my life. And now I do everything in my power not to let it happen to others. I full support the fight against bullying!!!
