For years we have been overlooked while fences in the form of housing projects have been built around us.
For many years we had to continue living with the apartheid prisons called houses as if we being punished.
For years our youth roam drunkenly on our streets with No jobs and No education!!!!
For years our Elderly are being mistreated and given an undignified existence.
For years our councillor promises and promises But delivers nothing.
For years our councillor chooses a select few to help quieten the rest.

I'm so happy for this, the last that house's were built for the so called coloured people was the Sawfish housing project. where is wasn't even for the people of Newlands.

Time for change.We need action in Newlands East,not in our neighbouring township.
He is never in the office to help the people of Newlands East!!
Please, he has done nothing for us, the other areas gets ALL his attention

Remove all dead weight.they getting paid 4 nothing.They should be ashamed of their wards as they do nothing.

We have kids playing in an electricity box for 5yrs, while we beg that he help us with a door and lock. Is he waiting for the kids to get electricuted?
