Tullys are an absolutely rubbish estate agents! I have complained numerous amounts of times due to damp in my room, a draft coming through the window, and my room not heating up in the slightest with the heating on! They have failed to do anything about it. Different people have come to look at these problems many a time but then have never returned to sort it out! They need to be removed from the Union for being a trusted agents.

I am very disappointed with attitude and service of Tullys from general staff up to the manager Mazim. They have never taken tenants (students) requests and issues seriously until a parent or guardian has got involved on more than one occasion.

Tullys are an actual joke! We have called them about twenty times over the period of two weeks about our bath as it is about to fall through the ceiling! every time we have a shower water leaks through a crack into the downstairs toilet! We have been told that we cannot continue to use the shower as it is dangerous. How are we supposed to bathe in the mean time?! Tullys have also refused to replace our oven even though it is way too small to accommodate for five people. Our knob has also broken off so we cannot use our oven and they are taking the time to sort this issue out. We are definitely not going with Tullys ever again!

All the stuff at Tullys are so RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! They don't give a damn about student wellbeing. All they are interested in is getting as many students to sign their shady contract, my housemates and I honestly feel like we made a deal with the devil! There is not one nice comment I could say about Tullys. They really shouldn't be sponsoring the union at all. bottom line is don't ever sign up with Tullys ever!

Tullys are by far the worst estate agents out there. Their service is awful. Mazin along with everyone else have no respect for the tenants and do not are about their safety or health.

UP660415 - In January of 2015 I arrived back at my house after the Christmas break to find that our emersion heater had leaked through the ceiling onto my bed, ruining my bedding. Tully & Co swiftly replaced the bed and the mattress (property of the landlord) but refused to replace my personal bedding. It took me a month to get my insurance information from Tullys & Co, and another month later I've still not recieved the confirmation of the events previously mentioned necessary for me to make a claim, despite having requested it time and time again. On top of this whenever I've been in contact with Tully & Co the staff have been unhelpful and extremely rude. I have email proof of these events if you need them for anything.

Tried to con us out of all of our deposit money, but after filing a complaint through the deposit protection scheme (and after many months of waiting) we finally managed to get almost everything back. Nonetheless they were hands down the worst letting agency I've ever had to deal with, the lady in charge of communication being particularly rude and down right condesending. I would be embarrassed and down right appauled having risomeone like herself representing my company

They are awful and should be removed from the student union. I've only ever heard negative things about them and this was before I even started at the University three years ago. Luckily because of being told this before I started I knew to never go with them.

Luckily I have never used Tully's but the reason for this is because before I even came to this university I heard awful things about them from my boyfriend. Since then I've heard a number of students who have told me not to go with them because of how awful they are. I likewise have heard negative things about a woman called Claire' who works there. My friends last year were with Tully's and they had endless complaints about them. I was lucky that I warned about them so never used them. However, other students aren't so lucky and have to live like this for over a year. They should definitely be removed from the students union.
