We bought my grandfathers land back " The Henare Block " and was told that the fences will be fixed, etc . When we paid and took possession of land, it was in a mess . Pines that once grew on there was chopped down and all the stumps left in the paddock plus logs they didn't want just filled the drains up. The land was used and abused. Where did the money go ? We paid $90,000 to the trust account. The Committee have no accountability, disgusting, as they are all whanau around here.

The total disregard for shareholders having a voice and in the trust following their directive is unacceptable and truly an indication of the disrepute and disfunction of the current trust structure. I request that the trust be dissolved completely.

Return all our whanau lands. Trust has been miss managed with no financial report shown to beneficiaries for years and last years AGM was disappointing.

I am totally in support of the whanau whose lands were taken under the Te Horo Scheme to have there lands given back and dis-establish the Trust. Enough is enough! Give the land back to the rightful whanau!!

I directly am apposed to the Te Horo Trust 2B2B2B. I would like all interest and all rights given back to the original owners. I no longer want our whanau land to be control by the trust and want it dissolved.

Our grandmother fought until the day she died not to have her land amalgamated. Because of the unlawful amalgamation we are dispossessed from the spiritual cultural and physical connection of our turangawaewae and birthright. We absolutely do not support the continuation of the Te Horo 2B2B2B trust.
