The Te Horo 2B2B2B Trust was put in place by the Crown and further perpetuated alienation of our lands, as legitimate land owners. The historical mismanagement of assets, finances and resources must stop. We want our lands partitioned from the Te Horo Block. We have no confidence in the Te Horo Trust. Dissolve it NOW!

We should work to have the trust legally show independently audited treasurers report and the required yearly reports.

Yes I'm in supporting the removal of this Te Horo maori Trust as my whanau on both my father n mother have had both whenua soled illegally by this trust they must be permanently removed

When myself and 3 other trustees left the trust in 2002 there was almost $100,000-00 in the trust accounts. (I have copies of the bank statements as at March 2002) This amount does not include the sale of the Henare Block which was settled after we left. All rates to Far North & Whangarei District Council were paid up to date. The trust has been and still is receiving income from grazing as well as metal from the quarry which should have been enough to keep the rates at bay. At a guess, there has been around $300,000-00 go through the trust from 2002 - 2015 I think the trust should be shut down and the current trustees held accountable for the rate debt. Kia Ora

It is more or less run by one whanau, conflict of interest here.
I watched them at the last Meeting, I was gagged from saying anything why? because we hadn't succeeded my fathers SHARES.
Watch me next time Mr Davis you wished that my father Dick wouldn't come back and haunt you, you be looking in my face...
