Once you get behind its very hard to get caught up since things are turning red daily. We are told to work on checkpoints without even being taught how to do them. I think we should make summit plummet.

Being a student at Fairview, I was a A student about but mostly due to the fact of basecamp or summit my grades have dropped to C’s! The teachers don’t teach either

Summit isn't helpful, Kids do not need to be self taught off of some random website made by Mark Zuckerberg. Removing Summit will be great because then kids will be able to be taught the proper materials by a teacher that can explain what subject it is, not a website that lacks in explanation and makes screw ups almost all the time. Summit makes unneeded extra work, takes to much time, and makes the work of teachers hard because they have to go in and allow tests for each student or assign checkpoints to them. Without Summit. tests and other projects can be handed out to students and they can work together and can get proper educations from teachers who know what they are doing. It hurts parents as well, some parents nowadays have not used summit ever or have been in the era that things like it were a major and most of them get lost or confused

I just transferred school last year from a school with no computers to a school with computers. Computers are more distracting for kids. Summit learning is useless, what is the point of our parents paying hundreds of dollars every year for us to teach ourselves.

its causing anxieties in my kids....if you happen to "fall behind" there is almost no way to catch up without continuing to "fall behind"
