Remove the Summit Personalized Learning Program from the Fairview Park City School District! Bring Education Back!

Basecamp is detrimental to the welfare of our students and parents. The platform is difficult to navigate and quite frankly, the platform turns teachers into assistants. For the first school year of my life. I can say that I went to math class everyday and learned nothing.

Base camp is teaching us nothing

The platform was very difficult, I was stressed because of how quickly the school year went. I didn't have enough time to finish everything because of how fast it was going and how the speed of the platform was

please I hate it and the teachers don't even teach you anything

It is very difficult to keep up with and once you fall behind you can't catch up again and it's a struggle to work with, yes it was out first year with it but I think that most people benefit from a teacher student method then just looking off of a PDF on line and having to figure it out from videos and links to websites and more informational PDF files.

This program is putting more stress on not only the students but the teachers as well.

I am thrilled that this petition was made. Not only did I struggle with this program for the past school year, I felt like my learning goals and priorities were whack. Basecamp is highly overrated, and I am completely dumbfounded to see why it was brought into schools this year. I truly hope that I get to see an end to this

Never used it, have no intentions on either. Took forever to figure out powerschool, then google docs and edmoto then they throw more crap at it.

Get rid of it

basecamp made my last year at fairview ten times worse.

this is trash it made me go to summer school for no reason and only for a day. the teachers do nothing and teach nothing and get paid for no reason.

stupid basecamp is making teachers teach nothing and getting paid for doing nothing

I believe students learn better being taught by teachers verbally and not self navigating on devices and a new program.

I hate basecamp, we don't really learn. To be honest they just put papers in our face and we do work I wanna learn this year

basecamp ruined this school year for me and i struggled the whole year. my family even considered moving to a different school district and if next year doesn't go well i will be attending lutheran west the following school year
