The FEI have in place a rule giving 21 penalties for breaking a frangible pin. It is the feeling of many riders competing in FEI eventing competitions (CIC 1*-CCI 4*) that this rule should be removed from our sport. Via this petition I hope to highlight this concern, with support from riders, and present it to the FEI eventing comittee via ERA.(The Event Riders Association) Thank you for your support Francis Whittington
