I am honestly a bit overwhelmed by the way the community has rallied around this issue. It clearly shows the strength of our collective perspective on these penalties, and I am just happy to be a part of such a passionate group.

I am truly overwhelmed by the number of you reaching out to share your own experiences with these penalties. It is clear that this rule affects so many more people than I originally realized when I first put this down on paper. Please know that I am working to make sure our collective frustration is presented clearly to the committee.

I am honestly overwhelmed by how many of you have joined this effort to challenge the frangible pin rule. We are getting very near the 250 mark and having that many names behind us would be such a powerful tool when we speak with the committee. Please keep pushing this out to other riders because your commitment to this change is the only reason we have any momentum at all.

Ridiculous that you get penalized for safety. The pin is there to stop a fall not to change the score. Fix this now!!
why are we punishing people for being safe on course? just makes no sense at all. let the riders focus on the riding.
This rule is completely unfair. Riders are being penalized for safety equipment doing exactly what it was designed to do. Please change this.
Safety first always but u shouldnt lose the whole comp because the tech worked. way to severe.

21 penalties is way to harsh. riders are going to stop using the pins if it ruins their chances at a podium. not worth the risk.
