Are you serious? How dare YOU demand that these crosses, that represent love and loss be taken down?? People NEED a place to go and reflect on the tremendous loss that has taken place. If it takes a million white crosses placed in the ground to help these kids start the healing/grieving process, so be it. I will not only pray for the families and friends of these young kids who lost their lives, but I will pray for you. Obviously you have a cold, black heart that doesn't allow you to experience empathy. Shame on you.

This is a stupid patition and should be taken down this is ridiculous and outrageous I think it is great they have all the friends and family they do and I am glad the community has stoped up to love them and remember them. I'm sorry but this is the most heartless comment I have read in a long time. Talking from experience I lost my son in july 2014 In a car aaccident. There is 3 crosses at the sight were he died. There are a lot of his family and friends that go there on a regular basis. For me it's very comforting to know how many people go out there for the simple fact just to be close to him. Please take into consideration what your negative attitude is doing to the family and friends of the kids you are disrespecting. They have to have somewhere to grieve.

Seeing this hurts. My boyfriend was the driver and it wasn't just me that lost something very dear that day. Tia is the proud mother of Zoey Hunter and Tristan three of kids that passed,her only children are gone and you want to make a portion to take down crosses that represent them and the lives they lived. You should be ashamed. What if you were to die in a car accident and crosses were put up for you but some ass wanted to take them down. Think about it and take this down.

These crosses should stay exactly where they are! 5 lives were just taken and people are trying to bring awareness to how dangerous this intersection is. You should really take a step back and put yourself in the parents shoes...in the families shoes of all those that were involved and see how you would feel if someone started something so childish about your cross. Who cares if there's 50 of them? The parents and loved ones have EVERY RIGHT TO PUT UP CROSSES FOR THEIR CHILDREN AND LOVED ONES. If people seriously sign something so stupid I guess it just shows what this world has come to. And I'd like to see someone try to take them down or remove them.

These crosses were put up to memorialize and remember lives lost and this is how people mourn. My the crosses ALWAYS remain and may new safety precautions become in place in this area!
