If you are trying to bring ride share , taxi drivers should have equal rights and opportunities. It is absolutely not fair to treat the two agencies providing same services so differently. Either make Ride sharing industry follow same rules and regulations as Taxi industry or give the taxi industry a fair chance and opportunity to play in same field as ride share.
