Sickening. My daughter has been a student for 3 years and I keep hearing about this fraternity in the media. It needs to stop.

End it now! Having a HS senior now considering Accompanying her older sister at Augie, I will think twice. This is unacceptable behavior on admins part.

As an alum, I pledge to never send money to this school as long as poobah is a group

I have a student at Augustana and this disgusts me! Also a niece considered Augustana but am having second thoughts recommending for her to go.

I have multiple friends who were Poobahs when I was in school. They are great people. It's unfortunate that it takes something so drastic to bring awareness to this. Instead of just listening to earlier reports and suspending this group, it has come to the drastic measure of disbanding them. I've had my own issues with Title IX and how they run things, they also need to do better.

As a parent of 2 Augi graduates I’m disgusted by the blind eye the school, and it’s so called president allow to continue . I guess this what a liberal private school represents and allows today...

Are these BOYS who you want representing your school or a member of Greek Life? Then stop protecting them.

It’s 2020 augustana, times been up on this behavior and if you continue to allow groups passes for it you will continue to see raped and battered women.

I was made very uneasy by their slideshow four years ago and I never felt any better about their organization during my time at Augie.

The actions of this Fraternity have been despicable the past few years and they should be removed from Augustana.

LOVE what the Augie Greek system has to offer. HATE the UGLY things that Phi Omega Phi has done to sully the reputation of the Greek system and the image of Augustana in general. How in the world can the school expect the students to do the right thing if they themselves don’t do the right thing? One would hope the “me too” movement has taught us all something. Phi Omega Phi has been given several opportunities to clean up their act and yet they continue to perpetuate their terrible behavior ...ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Show everyone that Augustana values all of their students and that they know the treatment exhibited by Phi Omega Phi is UNACCEPTABLE. Their is a perceived concern that Augie administration is worried about losing out on some big Phi Omega Phi alumni donors if they disband the fraternity. I hope the powers that be realize they jeopardize the donations of all other alumni if they don’t handle this situation in a smart, swift manner, in order to uphold the image and integrity of Augustana. PLEASE do the right thing, so all generations of Augie students and alumni can hold their head high.

It’s time to end this toxic culture. The exploitation and harassment/assault on women has gone on for too long.

We hoped that our grandchild would feel safe & comfortable going to a college like Augustana. Why hasn’t Ken Brill doing his job over seeing what is going on in the fraternities & sororities. Parents try to make the best possible choice when sending their children off to college. Please shut down the fraternity in question!
