I request for your consideration for giving our pay at par with ONGC. As coal mining where we work is very hazardous industry with totally unnatural conditions but striving always with ultimate contribution for achieving production targets in nation's building.

Coal India Ltd officers are always neglected due to big size of Labour force. But is it the small numbers of officers who make all the difference and presently forms the big middle group and lower group of officers

Power is more important dan fuel/oil...
In 21th century's we r trying to introduce emissions free vehicle's and it's not possible without lump some power. .. dat only depend on Coal India. ....so think seriously for or sake of country n fir sake of coal india executive. ......
